Ua hauj lwm chips 'logistics cov yam ntxwv thiab cov ntsiab lus tseem ceeb
Tso lus
Raws li precision Cheebtsam nrog tshwj xeeb kho qhov muag, lossis cov cuab yeej siv tshuab, cov cim siv hluav taws xob ncaj qha cuam tshuam cov khoom zoo, tus nqi, thiab muab cov saw hlau ua haujlwm. Tsis zoo li cov khoom lag luam zoo ib yam, cov chips ua haujlwm yuav tsum ua kom tiav txoj kev tswj hwm lub cev thiab ib puag ncig lub cev, thiab faib tawm kom paub meej tias lawv txoj haujlwm tsis muaj kev cuam tshuam.
Los ntawm kev xaiv logistics, cov qauv tseem ceeb ntawm kev ua haujlwm suav nrog cov kev ntsuas siab, fragility, ib puag ncig rhiab, thiab muaj nuj nqis ntom. Ua ntej, cov chips ua haujlwm feem ntau yog me me thiab cov qauv hauv cov qauv, ua rau lawv tsis tshua muaj kev nkag siab mus rau kev co, cuam tshuam, thiab qaij. Thaum lub sijhawm thauj mus los, lawv yuav tsum tau ntim rau hauv kev poob siab ... Thib ob, qee cov tshuaj lom neeg ua haujlwm (xws li soob pob zeb ua ke wafers thiab siv hluav taws xob tshwj xeeb thiab cov av noo, thiab hmoov av. Lawv yuav tsum tau muab khaws cia thiab thauj hauv qhov chaw sov tas mus li thiab cua noo, 20}} 60 {- zoo li qub (ESD) kev tiv thaiv. Qee qhov siab {14 14}}}} Cov khoom lag luam txawm tias cov tshuaj tiv thaiv kab mob nitrogen inert. Tsis tas li ntawd, cov nqi siab muaj nuj nqis rau lawv cov nqi logistics ua rau lawv cov khoom lag luam zoo li cov khoom lag luam, ua kev pov hwm thiab qhov tseem ceeb.
Nyob rau hauv Logistics Kev Tswj Xyuas Cov Khoom Siv Hluav Taws Xob yuav tsum tau xaiv qhov kev xaiv thauj khoom (piv txwv li Cov neeg ua haujlwm). Tsis tas li ntawd, daim ntawv thov ntawm cov thev naus laus zis thev naus laus zis (piv txwv li, rfid kub cim npe thiab blockchaain tracability) tuaj yeem txhim kho kev tswj hwm ntxiv.
Hauv cov ntsiab lus, lub logistics ntawm cov ntsiav tshuaj ua haujlwm yuav tsum tau muaj kev sib koom tes ntau dua thiab kev sib koom tes thoob plaws txhua qhov khoom muab txuas. Tsuas yog los ntawm kev tswj hwm me me thiab kev tswj tau zoo tuaj yeem ua tau zoo, nqi thiab cov khoom lag luam hauv cov hlua khi (piv txwv li, cov khoom siv hluav taws xob).
